Complete the Enrollment Form and Contract by clicking the links and downloading the forms. Once the forms have been completed you can email them to us at contactvillageexpress@gmail.com

contact us in the contact box at the bottom of the page or you can call or text us at (912)901-6411.
Step Two
Pay the $50 Registration Fee by clicking the Registration button below
Step Three
Once completed a Village Express Representative will reach out to you to welcome you aboard, please make sure your contact information is correct.
